THEY ADDED SPICE Finding a birthday card on your locker door might be a surprise to some people but not to the members of Weber's Girls’ Association. Aside from wishing each member a ‘Happy Birthday’ once a year, the association was kept busy in many other ways. In the fall, the girls staged a beautiful assembly and dance in harmony with the theme, ‘Rhapsody in Blue.’ This unforgettable dance, one of the main events of the year, will remain as a highlight in the memories of many students. On the lighter side, with the Boys’ Association they jointly sponsored a Christmas party and a ‘Bright Ribbon and Tie Week.” In the spring, the girls dressed up for heels and hose day and wore print dresses. As a climax, the annual fashion show finished the year in fine style. Miss Weber and Happy Warrior Candidates— Seated: Robert Montgomery, Don Shaw.
