Show MIXED CHORUS QUARTET Mixed chorus was just what the name implied. It was an assortment of boys and girls from all classes. They sang and perfected their tone and harmony. It was a pleasant feeling to walk through the hall on the third floor and listen to the music swelling from the auditorium. The mixed chorus was like an apprenticeship for the A Cappella Choir. The students worked hard and put energy into their singing. ee cae: Gerald Ortega, Mary Anderson, Annette Austin, Brent Thomas GIRLS' DOUBLE TRIO A CAPPELLA CHOIR The A Cappella Choir was one of the largest of all the music groups. The class was limited to senior students only. This group was the elite of the music dept. They often made recordings and heard them played back. Then there were days when they studied music appreciation and heard records by famous artists. Above all they provided good music. Members of the class found that it was fun as well as educational.
