MINDS Quill and Scroll was the literary organization. It was sponsored in connection the journalism department and was a part of the nation wide society. with This year the club was very active. They participated in writing contests and did other journalistic work. However, they took time out for play too. In the fall the senior members held a bowling party. In February came the formal initiation for the new members. It was an impressive candle-light ceremony. Here old members welcomed the new members to the chapter. With a mind for business, the club members raised money paper by selling programs for the Weber-Ogden Basketball to finance game. the school They worked hard to boost Weber to the top scholastically. Their participation in journalism and their ability in creative writing earned for them the honor of wearing the small gold scroll pin.
