Gary Halverson, LEARNED Running a farm isn't always easy Robb Berrett, and Bert Higley took THE KNOW-HOW business as the F.F.A. boys learned. Sometimes machinery breaks down or wears out. The classes of Farm Mechanics taught the boys how to repair the worn out equipment and mend the broken machinery. Sparks flew around the shop from the welding and the repair shop functioned as smoothly as a garage. The boys made themselves at home repairing nearly everything. It wasn't the cleanest place in the school but it was practical and nearly everyone agreed—it was fun too.
