Show Friday 23 More fine warm weather. Nan Melba came to visit Nan at breakfast time. Henrys brother Case came to visit a while (for my birthday) After lunch Nan & I down town market to exchange her dress, etc. & an early supper some reading & phoning & we called it a day. Saturday 24 Cold weather, but fine A dumpy day & not much activity. Giving attention to various Christmas arrangements. Sunday 25 Sunday School at 10. Stayed only for the lesson not to Fast meeting. To Harmons with Edith for dinner (her treat) We 3 to Salt Lake after. To Mrs. Cheneys to see our sweet Annabelle who is staying there. Took small gifts which gave Annabelle great pleasure. We had a satisfactory visit. To Margarets for a short visit with her & Dorothy Z Peggy not at home. Home 6 pm. Had Marg Lundgren (who had been with us on our ride) for tea before Nan took her home TV, Radio & reading Eleanor Roosevelts book till bed time |
