Show Friday 15 Word of definite prospects of Ediths taking Rosabelles home. Talked with Peggy in Salt Lake. Anita receiving from pneumonia. Arch in New York after a trip to Calif. A gray day, may have snow. We Nan & I went Knitcraft store and got yarn needles and bag then went Mary to see family of Mrs. Wallace (Lews mother) She died in Idaho Wed. Saturday 16 Nan & I sorted over some books. She did end of week work. My leg bothering me greatly & I am as Nan says on a nervous strain. In pm we went for a long ride to Honeyville & visited with Carol (Spackman) her husband & 2 children. She looks just the same & has the same cheerful manner as when she lived with me. I did some reading (Hoovers book) & knitting. Laurie some better today It has been a nice clear day. Junnis tells me the R.S. deal has gone through |
