Show Wed. 27th 1963 Margaret, Dorothy and Howard came to visit. I took them to Ben Lomond for lunch and had a nice visit. Howard a fine boy with good prospects. They went home at 330 pm. Nans day out. A very fine day. Sharon came in eve. We finished The Holy Grail most enjoyably. Blanche Johnston came before Sharon. She is most devoted. She brot me a beautiful Easter booklet. Rosabelles house sold today to a Mrs. Hanson of Calif. granddaughter of Dr. Joyce & OB Gibson Nan home early & served me refreshments. Checkers & to bed. Thursday 28 Margaret, Mary & Martha came & put in a good day on living room. They are very thorough. I left my house responsibilities to them & Nan & went to D of UP meeting at Norma Patterson. A fierce wind and rain storm came up in pm but sun was shining brightly by 6 pm. I to Drama Club at Helen Hardings. A short play given by L Peery & a young man. Cleone brot me home. |
