Show Tuesday 23 Sun shining like summer this am. I feeling quite well. I sleep well, eat more can walk without cane & my eye is not unbearably bad. We had polio shots given by 2 people from hospital who brot them to us. Wednesday 24 Nan took me to the dentist at 10 am. A short session only scaling teeth. Nan had her foursome for lunch with cards after. I ate lunch with them. They left at 5. I spent pm reading & knitting. Thursday 25 I to D of PU meeting at 130 with Nan. Norma brot me home. A nice meeting at Arvilla Ekins Supper with Nan & then to Drama Club with Alice a good program. Reading of Purple Dust by Shaun OCasey by a group under direction Leah Greenwells. A nice visit with many loving friends. Home at 1030 & to bed. Friday 26 Sun shining but promise of rain. With Blanche Johnston to Acacia in Salt Lake at Bertha Readers home. A program |
