Show 24 WEBER COLLEGE WEBER COLLEGE 25 Miscellaneous Fees Special Students. $2.00 per credit hour, minimum fee. 10.00 Special students registered for any laboratory class pay the laboratory fee in addition to the above charge. In the case of Physical Education classes, special students pay $5.00 a class per quarter instead of $2.00 per credit hour. Special Auditor, per class 5.00 Auditors in laboratory or activity classes pay the laboratory fee in addition to the above charge. Late Registration A fee of 50c per day is charged after the specified registration day. The maximum fee is $2.00. Change of Registration, after second week, for each subject added or dropped 50 Make-up Examination, per subject 1.00 Transcript of Credits 50 Each student is entitled to one transcript free. Monthly Memberships Adults 2.00 Juniors 1.00 (This rate does not include locker or towel service. Payments on monthly memberships cannot be applied on yearly membership.) Rental Fee Ballroom Private groups, with no admission charge $20.00 Groups for commercial purposes, with admission charge 25.00 The above rental fee includes heat, light, and janitor service. Check stand is operated by Weber College. For reservation, apply to the President's office. Gymnasium Floor: Private groups, Days $ 7.50 Nights 15.00 Groups for commercial purposes, Days 15.00 Nights 25.00 Swimming Pool: Per hour 7.50 The above fees are offered for private groups with a maximum of fifty. An additional fee of 5c is charged for each individual over the maximum group. For reservation, apply to the Gymnasium office. Auditorium Prices will be quoted upon application to the President's office. Refunds With the exception of fees not subject to refund, all fees except $5.00 will be refunded to any student voluntarily withdrawing from school who makes proper application, the amount of the refund being in the same proportion to the total amount paid as the number of instructional weeks subsequent to withdrawal bears to the total number of weeks in the quarter covered by the fees paid, provided that no refund is allowed for withdrawal during the last four weeks of the quarter. Refunds to students voluntarily withdrawing from school will be made upon application only. This application must be filed at the Treasurer's Office during the quarter for which the fees were paid. Blanks for this purpose are supplied at the office of the Treasurer. The official receipt given for all payments made on fees must be presented when applying for refund. No refunds will be granted to students who are requested to withdraw from Weber College for failure to comply with scholarship requirements or for any other cause of dismissal. |
