Show 54 WEBER COLLEGE Autumn, Winter and Spring quarters. Six credit hours. Mr. Oborn. 5. Organ Study. The purpose of this course is to prepare students of piano to take care of the organ work of the church organizations. Mr. Oborn. NoteBefore registering for any course in music the student should consult the instructor. courses will be given according to the ability of the student. DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND ATHLETICS The department of physical culture will continue through the three quarters. Separate classes for men and for women will be held each day during the week. Students are not allowed to register for these classes unless they are pursuing regular college courses. In athletics there will be training and coaching in basketball, football, baseball and track. MEN 1. Graded exercises and group games. 2. Basketball: Practice in play and methods of coaching. 3. Swimming instruction. 4. Form and method in track and field athletics. 5. Football: Study of rules, technique of play and typical formations. 6. Baseball: Methods of coaching illustrated by practice and match games. WEBER COLLEGE 55 WOMEN 1. Swimming 2. Social dancing THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE Professor Lind Professor- CHEMISTRY 1. Inorganic Chemistry. This course is deigned to cover the Non-Metallic elements. The fundamental principles and theories of chemistry will receive special attention. No previous knowledge of Chemistry is required for admission to edge course. Three recitations and six hours lab-work a week. Autumn quarter. Five credit hours. Text: McPherson and Henderson's "A Course in General Chemistry" and "Laboratory Man-by the same authors. 2.
