During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show AUGUST SATURDAY 6 1892 Paris General Conference to day. Apostles F. M. Lyman and Joseph F Smith are here. I attended the meeting in the forenoon. Bro. Lyman spoke and several Bishops reported. Went to Montpelier in the afternoon. Ate supper with Miss Cozzens and spent the evening with her: A pleasant time SUNDAY 7 Paris. Conference to day. Mira and I came from Montpelier this morning. Attended both meetings. Seymore B. Young spoke in the morning. Joseph F. Smith and F. M. Lyman in the afternoon. Very good meetings. Mira and I went back to Montpelier in the evening. A pleasant time. AUGUST MONDAY 8 1892 Georgetown Ezra, Willie, and I arrived here this evening on our way to the Yellowstone National Park. We are stopping with Wilford Clark & Family. We spent the forenoon in Paris getting ready to start Called at the ranch for a short time. TUESDAY 9 Blackfoot Stock Cos Ranch, Idaho. We arrived here from Georgetown this evening: found Smith, May, Earnest, and others here. Went out hunting in the evening. Have had a very pleasant time today. |
