The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show WED. SEPT. 4, 1918 Sewed some this A.M. Spent from two until five thirty at R.C. rooms attended a RC board meeting. Went for a drive with the family Oscar will sail for Foreign lands some time soon will be in the Intelegence Dept Has been made a First Leitnent. Oertel is fine. A letter from Cleone in Portland THURSDAY 5 This A.M. Thair, Myrene, Mary Eddie & Ralph Flygare & I drove in the auto to S.L.C. I brought back a small ceder chest & Bassinett for Oertel A 48 piece dinner set for Cleone. Attended the Wedding of my brother Milton to Mrs Smith Bishop Watson married them Dr & I stood up with them about 30 present. FRI. SEPT. 6, 1918 Have put up two bu of tomatoes today. Made Chile. Sewed some. Went for Auto ride Attended a special R.C. Com. meeting Mrs Moffitt Myrtle Eccles Mr. M. Porter & I. SATURDAY 7 Spent from ten A.M. until five P.M. in the R.C. knitting room doing repair work. Went to Pantages took Gertrude & Fred Price as they are visiting us. |
