Rich, 80, ; Logan city judge for more {than 29 years, died Sunday afternoon in an Ogden hospital of natural causes. HE HAD served as judge of Logan City Court from Jan. ton, Idaho, for several years. He then moved to Logan in 1921 and has resided there since that time. An active member of the LDS Church, he had been a member of the Cache Stake 1, 1929, to Sept. 30, 1962, with a four-year break from 1937 to 1941. He retired on Sept. 30, 1962, and Zachary T.
