Hoyt and Uckstrand in their attitude. As expressed in your letter of October 15th you not only complainec bitterly to vr. Hoyt but you felt somewhat resentful towards both ir. Hoyt and Mr. Eckstrand for deviating from the program outlined by you in your letters of August 29th and 30th. \ At the time Mr. Zimmerman visited us he stated that there was an unusual situation in the Bureau in that the interpretative Division had ruled in our favor as to the “RemingtonSavage" jobbing price basis and that Messrs.
