The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show MAY FRIDAY 6 1892 Has stormed some to day and is storming to night. The mud is awful: roads are simply impassable. I went down to Amasasand over to Nanas. Have read some; but I have not felt exactly well since getting home. SATURDAY 7 Paris, Idaho Roads are very muddy. Conference was held in the first ward house. Not a very large meeting in the fore noon but better in the afternoon. We had a very good time considering the bad weather. MAY SUNDAY 8 1892 Paris Idaho Conference day and very good meetings were held and all seemed to enjoy the meetings. I received a considerable scare: was called up to speak. I responded and did as well as I could, but am not much of a speaker Wilford and Joseph Clark were over here. A nice day. MONDAY 9 Paris Idaho. A stormy day. I ate dinner at Sams and had a very nice time. Read some and called in to see Nanie and Mary. I have the blues in a very bad form Removal from the country I think is the only cure. |
