Foulger, graduate of Harvard, served as treasurer and handled all financial matters. He was appointed business vice president to serve under the new administrative organization which was scheduled to become effective in July, 1967. Registrar Milton C. Mecham organized a new form of registration for students which alleviated much congestion during Winter and Spring quarter registration days. The new system called for juniors and seniors to pre-register, which left regular sign-up days for sophomores and freshmen. Dr. Alan J. Dayley began his second year as dean of students. His duties included supervision of all student personnel. In addition, he served as advisor to the Executive Council and member of the constitutional convention. Marva Gregory and Rolfe Kerr served as deans of women and men. They assisted students with personal problems and extracurricular activities. Organizations such as inter fraternal council, associated women students, and associated men students received their assistance. Kerr was a member of the constitutional convention. Other administrators were Dr. Elwin F. Cam-mack, James R. Tolman, Wallace Baddley, Dr. Paul Butterfield, Fred Johnson, and Louis Gladwell.
