Show game buyer at Tower Records. This position held a special place in his heart as it marked the birth of a new department that he played an instrumental role in developing. It filled him with immense pride and satisfaction. On September 4, 1998, he married Heidi Rae Hunter, the love of his life, in Brooklyn, NY. They cherished every moment together, facing life’s challenges hand in hand. Despite uncertain futures, their love remained a timeless beacon, illuminating their lives with strength and joy. Rob's life was a story of perseverance, courage, and love. Diagnosed with Lupus at a young age, he battled against its challenges, surpassing life expectancy predictions, and cherishing every _ moment with his wife, daughters, and granddaughters. His grandchildren were a source of immeasurable joy in his life, and they fondly referred to him as “Grumpy”, a playful nickname that only deepened the bond they shared. Rob is survived by his beloved mother, Eleanora Sanders, his devoted wife, Heidi Rae Sanders, and his daughters: Jazmyne Walton and her children Sage and Willow in UT, Jaquoya Walton in HI, and Jamayka Walton in CA. He also leaves behind his brother, Rhashawn (Travis) Sanders, in OK, his sister Saraya Huttoe, her husband Levi, and their children Amirah, Azaria, Dayvion, Kaleb, and Dakarai in GA, his sister Raquel (Mae) Parker and her fiancé David Ward in NY, his sister Regina Sanders in NY, his sister Halle Nowzaradan, her husband John, and their children Brooklyn, Anastasia, Mariah, Sylvia, and Robert in TX, his brother Hillary Sanders, and his daughter Renoka in TX, his sister Tiffany Williams, her husband McKenzie, and their children Shaiyonna, Sonterria, Sierra and Sean in NC, his sister Patrice Dobson and her children Kenderick and Malachi in NC, sister Tara Dobson, and her children Prince, Ineshia, Keyonna and Christian in NC. Rob cherished the relationships he shared with his aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom were close to his heart and whom he spoke fondly of. He is preceded in death by his beloved dad, William (Chip) J. Parker, as well as both sets of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his godfather, all of whom he dearly missed. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 20, from 6 pm — 8 pm at Aaron’s Mortuary, 1050 S. State St., Clearfield, UT 84015. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 21, at 11 am at Aaron’s Mortuary, with a viewing prior at 10 am. Interment will follow at 12:30 pm at the Clearfield City Cemetery at the same address. |
