JUNIOR CLASS SPEECH WINNERS In the Junior class speech meet in May, the students participated in retold story, poetry, debate, and vital speech. Each student entering was given a rating of superior, excellent or good by the judges who were chosen from the Speech II and Play Production classes. This year there was a delightful evening of plays, readings, and retold stories. The Widow’s Plight directed by Sandra Thomas, Suppressed Desires directed by Michael Oborn, and Good-night Caroline” directed by Patsy Alger were the one-act comedies.
