Show The BOYS’ ASSOCIATION OFFICERS Bruce Jones, and Dennis Garner stop construction. Bob Browning, Roger Arnold, for a rest as they tour the new Bob end Watson, Raymond Schlupp, of the building while under Boys’ Association With such efficient and life-loving officers as Bob Browning, president; Roger Arnold, vice president; Bruce Jones, secretary; Bob Watson senior representative; Raymond Schlupp, junior representative; Dennis Garner, sophomore representative; and last but not least Mr. Berrett, advisor; our Boys’ Association was led through another activity filled year: During the year the Boys’ Association sponsored the Homecoming Flaming “W” Dance, although due to bad weather conditions the Homecoming game with South Cache was held in the afternoon and it was impossible for the “W” on the hill to be lit. They also sponsored the Mothers and Sons_ night, Cleanup day at which all the boys went up on the mountainside and whitewashed the “W,” and along with the Girls’ Association, the Christmas party. The main purpose of this Association is to promote friendship among the boys at Weber; with all the boys strong supporters this purpose was fulfilled with all colors flying. |
