Degree Candidates for the A.A. degree must complete ninety hours of approved work. This work must include English 1 and 2, Physical Education, and ten hours in each of the following groups: Exact Science, Biological Science, Social Science, Language. Requirements for the A.B. Degree Candidates for the A.B. degree must complete at least 183 hours of work. This work must include 36 hours in a major subject, and in addition 13 hours in each of the following groups: Mathematics and Physical Science, Biological Science, Social Science, Language. ECONOMICS Economics 1. Principles of Economics. A consideration of the underlying principles of economics; special attention is given to the production, exchange, distribution, and consumption of wealth. Autumn Quarter. Five credit hours. Economics 2. Money and Banking. A course dealing with the theory and history of money, origin and principles of banking, functions of the bank, the clearing house and the Federal Re- |
