30 WEBER COLLEGE The rights of persons and the rights of property, public and private, must be respected. Persistence in non-attendance by a student may result in the student being dropped from a course. A student who fails in two-thirds of his work may be restricted in his work, or eliminated at the end of the quarter. The President shall have authority to supervise the living arrangements of students not residents of the city, and to order the immediate withdrawal of any student from an undesirable boarding or lodging house. All social functions given by any organization of the school are under direction of the standing committee of the organization. All disciplinary announcements made by the President of the school become a part of these regulations. No fees will be refunded.
