Spanish Club SPANISH CLUB OFFICERS are David Jorgensen, president; Ronald Rich, representative; Phyllis Anderson, representative; Diane Call, vice president; Sharon Knight and Jean King, representatives; and Kay Chiros, secretary. Although the Spanish Club carried on many interesting projects a most interesting one was their correspondence with the people of the Latin American Countries by which they enlightened their knowledge of the Spanish people, language, customs and traditions. Other activities carried on during the year were the several outside speakers, Spanish movies, a Spanish dinner with a show following, and a final party. Members of the Spanish Club include those enrolled in Spanish | and II and several graduate students. Mr. Cox tells his second year class an interesting tale as Pat Wade, Sharon Knight, Dave Jorgensen, Dean Hull, Pearl Jackson, Kay. Chiros, Diane Call, Nannete Stokes, and Evelyn Higgs try to translate it. 94
