32 Enrollment Services and Information Refunds and Reimbursements Student fees and course fees are refunded based on the University refund schedule (see weber.edu/bursar). Late fees and withdrawal fees are nonrefundable. In most cases, if a credit card is used to pay for tuition and fees, refunds and residual funds will be credited to the credit card. Students may opt to have any refund sent electronically to a bank account of their choice by setting up a refund profile at weber.edu/bursar/erefunds.html.
