Show Girls’ Association Activities At the right: Karen Carver, center, was crowned Princess Print for 1953. Her attendants were Judy Singleton and Annette Taylor. Annette Taylor Sharon Harris, and Shirley Bingham pause to give their aching feet a well deserved rest during the Heels and Hose Day. Tired, aching feet were the results for most of the girls on March 24 when the Girls’ Association again sponsored its annual Heels and Hose Day. Girls from the Sophomore, Junior and Senior classes participated. Print Dress finalists were: Maurine Parker, Judy Singleton, Shryl Douglas, Karen Carver, Colleen Clifton, Beverly Jones, Marilyn Brown, Kathryn Jensen, Karen Thompson, Vonda Campbell, Kay Parkhurst, Annette Taylor, and Carol Peterson. ~ “ Karen Carver was crowned Print on April 24, when sociation held its annual Princess the Girls’ AsPrint Dress Day. Representatives were chosen from each were home room and then 13 finalists selected. From _ these finalists, Karen emerged as Princess Print with Judy Singleton and Annette Taylor as attendants. Homeliving students watch as Colleen Cheney prepares to take Caroldine Kilts’ temperature with an over-sized thermometer.
