Grandma.....| know death is certain but never in my life would | think | would be saying goodbye to you forever. You were my superhero! You took me and my mom in and raised me from that day forward. My heart is forever broken, and | can’t cope with the fact that I can never hug you and tell you how much | love you again. You were the highlight of my day every time | saw you. You taught me how to fight and go after something. Your unconditional love and care for me is something | will never forget. There is nothing that fills the void you have left me with, but | know you will be by my side wherever | go. | lost a Grandma, my guardian angel on earth. | don’t know what I’m going to do without you, but | will try to make you proud. — Forever Loved, Your Grandson “Your Boy” Kellen My feelings these last few days have been difficult for me to put into words. My heart hurts. Instead of talking about how my Grandma is no longer here, | want to share with you some of the words that come to mind when | think of my Grandma. Interestingly enough, this past Mother’s Day | wrote and read to her a card that pretty much said everything I’m about to share with you. She was a caregiver. She cared for me as a child after kindergarten. She taught me how to use a phone. She helped me with my hair. She bought me cute clothes. She asked how | was doing. She built others up. | had very low self esteem and instead of letting me waddle in my lows - she took pictures of me and told me | was pretty. She told me! was smart. She told me that she loved me. She didn’t let her circumstance define her. Even though she was bedridden, her personality was still the same. She loved Jesus. My Grandma loved people. She loved church and she loved the Bible. — “Your Pretty Girl” Faith Heaven gained a great soul Momo. | love you so much. You gave everyone the world, and You were such a big rock in my life and in others. I’m going to do better in life for you. You were such a kind and loving person that never asked for anything from anyone but was always willing to help those in need, even if it was your last, you would still help that person. | learned so much from you Grandma and you were truly my best friend.
