Show Orchesis Concert Is Success Orchesis is the Greek word for dance and is also the name of a national honorary modern dance organization, whose purpose is to promote modern dance as an art. The Spring Concert was a tradition with Orchesis and the year's work is in preparation for the annual event. The concert was performed to a near capacity crowd on three nights. Sharon Evans Cathy Clay The annual Spring Concert gave Orchesis a chance to show their ability in modern dance. Orchesis gives members a chance for individual expression in modern dance.
