Image Captions SAFETY AMONG STUDENT drivers will be the goal of a safety achievement program under discussion by Stanford Martin, chairman of the Ogden City-Weber County Safety Council; Sgt. Fred Gill, Ogden police; Deputy Sheriff Cecil Fisher and John Ross, American Legion (left to right). The program begins next week and involves all five high schools in the city and county. The men are looking over a flag of the type to be flown by schools. The plaque held by Mr. Ross has been donated by American Legion Baker-Merrill Post to Weber High School for display.
