MORE HAVE AN INTEREST ABOUT The Library has many goodies to be uncovered, discovered and even utilized. Many books, periodicals, recordings, and other audio-visual materials are available for your academic enrichment. Sometimes you can even learn there, but accidents happen and people are very understanding at times like these. If you have any questions in the library ask a librarian, they don’t bite and are quite friendly at times. Other far-out offers include study c_rrels, small conference rooms and photo-copying for 5 cents a page. Library hours are Mon-Thurs, 7am-11pm. Fri. 7am-5pm, Sat., 1lam-5pm. Sun, 1pm-6pm. W.S.C. IN SPORTS? W.S.C. intramurals offers a full range of sports activities for the athletically and not so athletically inclined. You buy and put the little sticker in your car windows, park only in designated areas and pay your fines promptly. Treatment and consultation may be arranged for by appointment or by visiting the Center during office hours. The Center is located in Annex IV, just north of the Office of Campus Police. “BUGGED” ABOUT YOUR IDENTIFICATION? STQDENT |.D. cards will be available during registration. Days, times and places for makeup I.D. mug shots are Mon-Wed-Fri 1lam-1pm and Mon-Wed-Thurs 5pm to 7pm. Make sure you obtain one of these handy little cards because it will get you to all school functions such as: Games, Dances, and other social delights. Get your I.D. as soon as possible. You will be a lot happier and if you wait too long, you will discover just how frustrating the lack of a W.S.C. I.D. can be. The cost of the I|.D. card is a mere 3 EMPLOYMENT If you think you might be hurtin’ for a little spare bread during your enrichment at W.S.C., the college will try to scratch up some part time work for you. These part time jobs are available on and off campus. If you are interested in adding an on or off-campus job to your other worries, rap with a financial aids officer in the financial aids office at Extension 6581. $1.50. WANT TO ADVERTISE ON A BULLETIN 8 = BOARD? Most Indoor Bulletin Boards are available for general use. Permission to use them must be obtained at the main desk where the official stamp will be bestowed upon your material. Failure to obtain this approval will subject your posting to be unceremoniously torn down, regardless of urgency. The glass enclosed A.S.W.S.C. Bulletin Boards outside are available for your use also, but don’t get mad and break the glass to hang your valuable material, just contact an A.S.W.S.C. officer and they will be glad to hang up your material for you. Another friendly reminder, all Bulletin Board materials are to be placed on regular Bulletin Boards only. Please do not try thumb tacks or staples on concrete, brick or windows. Satisfactory results are doubtful. FINANCIAL | AIDS ¥ % $8 # 4 4 bi + # When discovering money to be a sufficiently larger problem than is apparent, check out the Financial Aids Office. The College has available a very comprehensive program. If it seems you are going to need financial assistance you may qualify for one of the many financial aids programs, especially if you really plead poverty, which, chances are, will prove much easier than you presently suspect. STUDENT HOUSING Oh yes, now we come to the living quarters (or whatever you want to call them).
