If | then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet. CONGREGATION: For! have given you an example, and ye should do as | have done to you. Verily, verily, | say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. Notes/Ouiline MINISTER: If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, and one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; CONGREGATION: Notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? MINISTER:, being alone. Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, CONGREGATION: Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets. MINISTER: Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Application: How can I apply this lesson to my personal life? CONGREGATION: As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
