Class times vary depending on activity. See mini-camp flyers for details on dates, times, and prices. Registration at Front Desk Members and friends welcome. (Slightly higher rates for nonmembers.) YOUNG ATHLETES through group strength training and physical conditioning. Each participant will be trained to their specific sport discipline. The Instructor will closely supervise and encourage safe and effective training methods. Ages:10-15 Instructors: Kirk Rose, Kim Tulane Dates session 1 : June 10-28 Session 2 : July 8-26 Session 3 : August 5-23 (Classes meet three times a week. Monday - Wednesday - Friday.)
