Since that time he has devoted his energy to the building of a bigger and better athletic program for the Ogden college. He, in addition to duties as athletic director, is head coach for basketball. His teams have competed in National competition for the last five years. They have won the region IV, four state championship four years and captured the I.C.A.C. conference crown in 1950. His team placed fourth nationally in 1947, sixth nationally in 1950, and tenth in national competition in 1951.
