Ogden City has made the Robert H. Hinckley Airport available for the training program. The Naval Aviation Cadets being trained under this program are enlisted and are in active duty with the Navy. They are being provided with board and room in the Weber College Men's Dormitory, where they are under the direction of the Navy Officer in Charge, who directs military organization and discipline; and the Navy Supervisor of Physical Training.
