During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Have a cold so dont sing much. Practice lets out late & Edward meeting me at practice preswades me to remain in Paris all night which I do. Friday 21 July Paris- Edward and I start for Montpelier about 9-30 A.M. have a pleasant drive over. Get home about noon find ma away. Do a big washing in afternoon and retire in evening tired out Saturday 22 July Montpelier. Ma goes out to sew today. I tend babe Iron scrub & Bake. Sunday 23 July Montpelier. Get up at 8 A.M. Do up work take bath etc. Ma and babe go to meeting. I give Mark bath. In after noon go down to practice song with mrs. Anderson for 24 July. Edward calls there for me & we go for a drive up the cannon. Enjoy the evening with Edward. Munday. 24 July /93 Montpeiler Edward takes breakfast with us. I get ready to attend exercises which are held in bowery up the canyon. Edward drives down to depot & gets some berries we then go to meeting. Enjoy exercises fairly well Mrs Anderson Chris Mr. French and I sing. Cora Will and Edward take dinner with us. Spend afternoon at home. Ma sleeps. Attend party in new School house in the evening Go with Edward Enjoy party ever so much. Tuesday 25 /93 Montpelier. Nothing special See some pupils about taking lessons. Ma is out sewing at Mrs McCarts. Wednesday 26 July Montpelier. Do work up in morning then cut and make Mark a shirt. Get supper. Go to Choir practice in evening take Lucile not a good practice. Mr Balls caries babe home. Recd letter from E. I. reminding me of (XXX). |
