Show 245 » Credit Hour Requirements: Fulfill requirements for a Bachelor of Science with a Nursing major. A student may receive Nursing Honors credit in any upper division nursing class.* At least fifteen (15) credit hours of upper division Nursing courses must be taken with an Honors component. The fifteen hours must include Nursing 4800 (Guided Research), taken for a minimum of two (2) credit hours, but not more than six (6) credit hours. * Permission from the professor teaching the course and the Nursing Honors Advisor must be sought before registering in a course for Nursing Honors credit. A written agreement should be reached with the appropriate professor regarding the work expected for Honors credit. (See the Honors Program on page 43.)
