Dumke College of Health Professions, Weber State University, Ogden, Utah, 84408-3907 (801-626-6128). Deadline for applying is 1 February. A $20 application fee must be paid at the time the application is submitted. Applications are reviewed by the Nursing Admissions and Advancement Committee. Applicants are notified of committee decision by mail. General Education General education courses required are referenced in the course requirements that follow.
