Show Thursday, August 3, 2000 at 6:00 p.m. Additional public hearings to hear public comment may be held by the City Council at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 17, 2000 regarding one or more of these two issues (if additional time is deemed necessary by the City Council). All of these public hearings will be held at City Hall (1195 West 400 North, West Gate DDO) during regularly scheduled public meetings, which are first and third Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. for the City Council and first and third Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. (starting in August) for the Planning Commission. Planning Commission Meeting Update Starting in August the Planning Commission Meetings will move to the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM. Wednesday, July 26, 2000, at 7:00 PM: 1. Call to order. 2. Approve minutes from prior meeting. 3. Public Hearing - General Plan amendments and Petition #00-01 by Frank Blair for general plan changes to various locations near 400 N. 4. Public Hearing - on Agriculture Protection Area, PRUDs, Small Public Land Subdivision, BOA, and other administrative type chapters. 5. Adjourn. Tuesday, August 1, 2000, at 7:00 PM: 1. Call to order. 2. Approve minutes from prior meeting. 3 Public Hearings (continued if needed) - General Plan amendments and Petition #00-01 by Frank Blair. 4. Public Hearing (continued if needed) - on Agriculture Protection Areas, PRUDs, Small Public Land Subdivision, BOA, and other administrative type chapters. 5. Adjourn. City Council meeting, Thursday, August 17, 2000, 6:00 PM agenda: No items at this time. Meeting will be canceled if no items. Remember that the above agendas are tentative. For a final agenda contact the city office, 627-1919, or go to a location where agenda is posted at least 24 hours prior to meeting: City Hall, Slaterville Park, Marriott Park, Mulligans, or Excel. Council meetings are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Thursday at 6:00 PM each month. The Planning Commission meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday each month at 7:00 PM.
