Show KIDS CORNER WE ENCOURAGE CLUB PARENTS TO TAKE TIME TO xi THESE CAUTIONS FOR YOUR CHILDREN. Learn valuable information (first aid, basic childcare techniques). Make and take home kit with put-to-together crafts, games, and lots of new ideas in the 3 hour Babysitting Clinic this summer. Junior ID and Day Pass Junior members between the ages of 8 and 14 will receive a computer generated entrance pass. This pass will indicate the juniors name and time of arrival. If your child becomes unruly an employee may give a first warning and initial his pass. A second warning will result in dismissal from the Club for the remainder of the day. Parents - if your child is asked to leave the Club, you are responsible for any necessary transportation and supervision. Please make sure your child knows what you want them to do if asked to leave the Club or how to reach you or another authorized adult. Suggested Ages : 9-13 years. Sign-up taken after May 15th. The Club should not be a substitute for supervised daycare. Please limit your child's visit to 2 hours of unstructured activity a day. TWO FOR ONE VIDEO RENTAL EVERY MONDAY Rollerblading and Bicycle Riders e The Club parking lot is not a safe place for rollerblading and riding bikes. Please no biking or blading in the parking lots. e Warning -Loose gravel on the streets and steep grades can make for nasty spills. Please be careful. e Bike locks are recommended for all bikes left at the Clubs. e Please lock your rollerblades up in a daily use locker. We are not responsible for storage at the front desk. Charging Juniors may be asked to show their membership card or ID Day Pass in order to charge food and beverages. Parents please note that you have the option to restrict your juniors to cash only by CLUB ¢ Growing with You In order to grow and improve we need your ideas, suggestions and feedback. Your card is also needed for reserving your time on the treadmills and gauntlets. These sessions are designed to address all areas of fitness. Weight resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, warm-up, cool-down, and stretching. The personal trainer will help each individual set up a program for their specific needs.
