Price, 801-626-6336 Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. The Academic Advisement at the Davis Campus works to insure that the undeclared/undecided students achieve academic success. Assist students in scheduling their semester classes. • Helps students to understand what general education is needed to fulfill the requirements. • Make referrals to department advisors for major declarations. • Helps students understand issues pertaining to graduation requirements, policies, and procedures. • Gives students as much help as possible to get through the network and be academic successful. • Acts as a liaison between Davis and WSU Campus. • Provides students with information about campus support services. • Gives students a good view of what is available for such things as CLEP exams, placement tests, challenge exams, military credits, life experience credit, academic renewal, waivers, Foreign Language exams, AP credit, Concurrent enrollment, etc. Administrative Services Phone Contact: Myrna Burbank, 801-395-3459 or 800-848-7770 ext. 3473 Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. The Davis Campus administrative services staff provides admission, registration, tuition payments, and a potpourri of services for students. Students may also obtain school catalogs, class schedules and pick up a variety of departmental applications such as: Admission, Financial Aid, Scholarship, Credit/No Credit, Audit, Graduation, etc. Computer Lab jay Weaver, Lab Technician Telephone: 801 -395-3492 Location: Room 130 Hours: M-Th 7:30a.m. - 10p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The Davis Campus Computer Lab consists of ten student NT computers and 30 classroom NT computers, two LaserJet printers and one scanner. Software includes Microsoft office suite, Corel Office Suite and PageMaker.
