DEE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IS AFFILIATED WITH WEBER COLLEGE AND THE UNIVERSITY OF UTAH Since 1933, through an arrangement made by the administrators of Weber College and the Thomas D. Dee Memorial Hospital, student nurses accepted by the Hospital have pursued at the College a specific number of courses designated by authorities of the Hospital. Under the present plan students of nursing register as full-time matriculated students for four quarters at Weber College, and continue their professional subjects for the remaining period of time at the Dee Hospital. A Diploma is awarded at the completion of the three year program. The entire program will be completed while the student nur-se is in residence at the Dee Hospital. With the cooperation of the College and the University, students of nursing may return to the University of Utah to complete the Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. 81 THREE YEAR DIPLOMA PROGRAM IN NURSING The Three-year Diploma Program prepares a young woman in the shortest possible time to practice as a graduated registered nurse. The student registering for this program must be accepted for training with the Thomas D.
