Elementary. Declensions, conjugations, and elementary principles of grammar will be studied and their force assimilated by extensive reading. Autumn Quarter. Five quarter hours. Latin 2. Elementary. The study of the declensions and conjugations and the elementary principles of grammar will be completed. Winter Quarter. Five quarter hours. Latin 3. A large amount of easy Latin will be read to develop the vocabulary and a feeling for Latin construction. Association of Latin words with their English derivatives.
