Monday, May 30. Dr Ezra & Annie Dr & I stayed at the Paris Hotel all night had breakfast there and then went up to the Paris Cemetary to put flowers on the graves of our dear ones. There are many of the Rich family buried here. Four generations of them. We had many beautiful flowers which we took with us from Ogden. We visited with many friends & realatives while there. The morning was lovly and the cemetery looked very nice. We left from there about 11 A.M. Stopped in Logan and had a nice chicken lunch. We called on Mrs Ces Shepard at the Budge Hospital where she has been five weeks with a broken leg. Called at Annies Sister Minies & then went to Providence Cemetary where Annies parents are buried. Arrived home at six P.M. Drove over to Ogden Cemetary. Tuesday, May 31. Went to Weber College for two hr. Did up the house work and prepared hot lunch. At two oclock Dr took me up to the Fifth Ward Relief Society where I gave a talk on our trip to Mexico. Spoke for one hour and showed some of the articles I brought home. Dr went down to the office to give an insurance examination. Business for him is quiet. Junior & he took out tonsils this A.M. Had a nice gift from my sister Lucile. A table set of matts two chrochet grass & linen hand embroidered napkins to match. Junior came for awhile also Cleone also. She brought me a dozen peonies. Beautiful! Am tired so retire early.
