Concentration Camp Prisoners Shot Down MANCHESTER, England, Nov. 19 The Manchester Guardian in a dispatch from London today said it had been confirmed that 200 Jews recently had been executed by firing squads in the Buchenwald Concentration Camp in Germany. Of the victims 70 were put to death on Nevember 8, prior to the assassination of Ernest vom Rath, minor German diplomat, by a Polish Jew in Paris, the dispatch said. Since the vom Rath slaying which set off the current anti Jewish wave, 130 additional Jewish prisoners were executed at Buchenwald, it was added. During the present drive between 35,000 and 40,000 Jews, among a larger number arrested throughout Germany, have been imprisoned in concentration camps, the dispatch reported. Between 9,000 and 10,000 Jews of Berlin alone were thus confined, according to the message, in the camps at Buchenwald, Sachsenbausen and Dachau.
