Clark of Farmington, years of. age, is known in the Beehive banker. (He still rides a bicycle to the president.) : But this is not the only ‘ 99 interesting aspect concerning Mr. Clark. He, his son, and grandson have all served missions and the great-grandson is currently sérving in the Chilean Mission. Amasa Clark also happens to be the last surviving mem-ber of the first Primary organized by Aurelia Spencer Rogers. He served two missions, the first to the Southern States 1887-89 aSS he Northern States Mission 1910-13. He too has been a bishop, previously served on its high council. Stephen H. Clark II, has attended the BYU for his fresh-_ man year and returned there in October to learn the Spanish~’ language as a requirement for his mission assignment in Chile. \ Week’ ‘Fhding Oereber a 1964" 7 CHURCH—15 _ oe ae a a ee ee Long: associated as a member of the BYU faculty, having served many years as Dean of the Business School, he has been responsible during four decades for the lecture and musical series of the Church university. Dr. Stephen H. Clark (M.D.), LaHabra, Calif., in 1939 began his mission in the East German Mission. World War II developments forced his reassignment, as it did for many other missionaries. He was transferred to the Danish Mission and when conditions worsened he was reassigned to the Eastern States Mission to complete his mission calling.
