Aerobics Program • 15-20 Drop-In Aerobics classes weekly • Classes utilize Reebok Step, Cardio Slides, X-ertubes, hand weights, Resist-A-Balls, interval training etc. Aquatics Program • 35-40 hours of weekly programming • Programming includes Lap Swim, Water Aerobics, Recreational Swim, Maternity Waterworks, Children Group Swim Lessons and Private Adult Swim Lessons Experiential Learning • Half day or full day workshops • Provides campus groups (student, faculty and staff) the opportu nity to learn by doing in a unique and creative way. • Team building, trust, communication and leadership are some areas of focus that are provided.
