During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Monday, January 24. Spent two hr in school. After lunch I attended D.U.P. Board meeting to report on Marker for Pioneer Hall also for Nominating Committe as I am chairman of both. I studied some this evening. Tuesday, January 25. Have had a very unsatisfactory day, as I have been on the telephone most all day in order to get the report of the nominating committe of the D.U.P. in order. I am chairman and it is some job. No one is willing to take office it seems. I have contacted six for president and finaly Mrs Jennetta Proudfoot consented. Elizabeth Thomas Mrs Hinckley Rosella Larkin Dora Holther and I serve as the Committe. Spent two hr in class at Weber College. Recd a letter from Cloteel in Panama. Wrote to Ally Pond also Debra Rich. Have gone but little studying today. It is late. Dr did his Ward Teaching this evening. |
