Show Friday, October 7. Joe and Myrene are enjoying their trip to Los Angeles Cal. I have enjoyed hearing Conference over radio to day and feel my faith strengthened by so many wonderful testemonies being borne by the Apostles and Mission Presidents. The Pagent Elijah was given beautifully to a crowded house in the Tabernacle. Oscar feeling much better today. The girls & their daughters Carol & Claire Royal & I drove to Sale Lake to hear it However Royal & Cleone went as guests to a dinner. Saturday, October 8. Turned on the furnace. Able Rich Jr talked well. One week today since Oscar was operated. He is feeling splendid no temperture, pulse normal no pain, wound healing nicely and in good spirits. We are all so thankful. It has been a big responsability for Junior & Pop, for Dr E.I. has not been feeling very well the past few days. This morning at three oclock Cleone Royal, Oertel & I arrived home from S.L.C. where we had been to hear Elijah in Pagent at the Tabernacle. I have listened over radio to General Conference most all day. very interesting to hear the reports of Missions through out the world by such valient men. A wonderful spirit. |
