I am concerned about the action taken against the Ogden Area Cotton ty Action Agency on the basis of a discrimination charge as a criteria for cutting the funds. | © I am concerned because the action that has been taken has | affected the entire community. Furthermore, the low income people are benefited by this program. It has been my understanding that . the Community Action Agency program is designed to overcome poverty - instead of creating poverty.
