Advanced Circuit Analysis (4) A The analysis of electric circuits using differential equations, LaPlace transforms, and Fourier Series. Four one-hour lectures per week. Phase-locked loops, active filters, amplifiers and advanced devices utilizing poles and zeroes, frequency response, transients, and computer simulation Three one-hour lectures per week. Life cycle costing, maintainability, component and system life predictions, environmental stress screening, military standards, and statistics. Two one-hour lectures per week. Digital Communications (3) A Introduction to digital communications standards, techniques, and equipment. Parallel and serial data transfer, modems, protocols, networking, digital transmission lines, and digital analyzers. Three one-hour lectures per week. Prerequisite: EET 232 and 321.
