She was born September 22, 1930, Miss., a daughter of in Brookhaven, Flowers New Zion Ushers Nelson Rancifer Myrtis and Ardenious Tillman. On February 12, 1947, she married Jessie Nelson in McCall Creek, Miss. She was a member of the New Zion Baptist Church. (Dorothy) Holston and Joyce A. Frye, Deacon, son, Ogden and three grandchildren, Thomas J., Crystal and Jessica of Ogden. Also surviving are three brothers and Honorary Casket Bearers one Ogden, and Lowell Shirley G. Calif. She was preceded in death by one son.
