Keith Noel November 15, 1960 ~ December 11, 2021 (age 61) Keith Anthony Noel, 61 returned to his heavenly home on Dec. 11, 2021. He was born on November 15, 1960 in Porte Prince, Trinidad, a son of Leon and Phyllis King Noel. Keith proudly served in the United States Air Force. He is the cherished husband of April Watkins and beloved father of Sasha Noel and Phyllicia Noel. Shannon Draper(Mercedes) of Ogden, Utah; grandmother, Vicki McClain (Bobby Croft) of Salt Lake City, Utah; great grandmother, Margaret Jones, of Ogden, Utah; uncles Antwan(Carrie) Bell of Tooelle, Utah and Leonard King(Ashley) of Pflugerville, Texas; aunt Niesha (J’Rod) Franks of Manor, Texas; three nieces, Ja’Lynn, Ja’Vyha, and Amelia; and one nephew on the way; several other great uncles, aunts, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Leonard King Sr.; grandmother, Karen Draper Martinez; and great grandfather, Babe Ruth Sr.
